Directions for paying by card:
- Click on the Point and Pay link (Click Here)
- Click the down arrow under “Pay a Bill”
- Select the appropriate service/fee
- Click “Next”
- LEAVE ACCOUNT NUMBER BLANK
- In “Ticket Number or Citation Number - Enter in the ticket number (i.e. parking ticket)
- In “Amount” - Enter the amount to be paid
- Click “Next”
- Payment Method
- Select either Credit Card or Debit Card information
- Click “Pay” on the upper right side of the screen under “Payment Summary”
- Please bring in Proof of Payment for the paid service (Records Requests when picking up in person or for Fingerprint cards)
- Click the down arrow under “Pay a Bill”
Online payment for Records Requests, Parking Violations, and Fingerprinting
To pay online, there is a convenience fee of 3.5%. The online pay option is for only the following services: Records Requests (Copy Service), Parking Violations, and Fingerprinting. To use the online payment system, please follow the directions below:
